Remove a user from a role

You can remove a user from a role when you want to remove permissions for that user.

If a user is removed from a role, the user must sign out and sign in again before the user's permissions are updated.

To remove a user from a role

  1. On the left, click Security > RBAC.
  2. Click the Roles tab.
  3. Click on the role that you want to edit.
  4. On the Users tab, select the user that you want to remove.
  5. Click Remove > Remove.
