The entered user name is not a registered OpsCenter user. The logon screen displays the message "This user is not authorized to use OpsCenter. Please contact the OpsCenter Administrator for adding this user." |

This issue may occur due to any of the following reasons:

Start the OpsCenter Server Service and verify that it is running properly. See 'Controlling OpsCenter services and processes' section in the Administration chapter of the OpsCenter Administrator's Guide. Check your network configuration. Verify that the If PBX server gets restarted while OpsCenter services were running, you must restart all OpsCenter services. Use the following procedure to restart all OpsCenter services.
