Veritas NetBackup™ Deduplication Guide

Failure to add credentials

The wizard may display a failure to add credentials if the media server had previously been configured as a Cloud Catalyst storage server. It also fails if the media server is currently configured as a Cloud Catalyst storage server.

Run the esfs_cleanup.sh script on the media server to remove all Cloud Catalyst-related information from the server.

The script is located in the following directory:

/usr/openv/esfs/scripts/esfs_cleanup.sh
