The NetBackup plug-in is not shown in the vSphere Web Client even after registration
This issue may occur for either of the following reasons:

To allow installation of the plug-in over an HTTP URL
- Add the following directive to the vCenter's webclient.properties file:
allowHttp=true
The webclient.properties file may be located in the following directory:
Windows:
C:\ProgramData\VMware\vSphere Web Client\Linux:
In vCenter 5.5.x:
/var/lib/vmware/vsphere-client/In vCenter 6.0 and 6.5:
/etc/vmware/vsphere-client/
- Restart the vSphere Web Client service.

- Log on again to the vSphere Web Client.
When you log on, the plug-in is then installed.
