Verify details after successful role elevation

You can verify if your role elevation MPA ticket is approved and your user login session is elevated or not.

To verify if the user login session is elevated

  1. Check if you can see an icon with your profile at the top right in the web UI. The icon indicates that your role is elevated.

    Check if you can see elevation icon (star icon) adjacent to your profile icon at the top right in the web UI. The icon indicates that your user login session is elevated.

  2. Click the role elevation icon to see the duration for which your role is elevated.
  3. Click Profiles.
  4. On the User profile settings page, click the Role elevation tab.

    The elevated roles are displayed in the Elevated roles pane.
