After the installation of NetBackup, continue with the following configuration tasks.

Sequence	Tasks
Phase 1	Add the KVM hosts. You must complete the discovery of KVM assets before you configure any RBAC roles for this workload. See Add KVM hosts.
Phase 2	Configure the NetBackup RBAC roles for KVM administrators. Contact your NetBackup administrator for assistance. See RBAC roles for the KVM administrator.
Phase 3	Create a NetBackup policy for KVM. See Add a policy for KVM.
Phase 4	Perform a backup. See Perform a manual backup.
