NetBackup™ Status Codes Reference Guide

NetBackup status code: 9152

Message: The user does not have permission to access the keystore directory.

Explanation: Access to the file or folder is denied due to insufficient permissions. Depending on your configuration, the keystore directory is install_dir/var/vxss/credentials/keystore, install_dir/var/global/vxss/credentials/keystore, install_path\NetBackup\var\vxss\credentials\keystore, or install_path\NetBackup\var\global\vxss\credentials\keystore directory.

Recommended Action: Perform the following as appropriate:

  • Verify the file or the folder permissions.

  • Grant the service user read, write, and access permissions if necessary.

  • Retry the operation.
