Backup host pool creation fails with the error "Failed to fetch host list"
Explanation:
This issue appears if the NetBackup services are not started properly with the domain user.
Workaround:
- Make sure that the NetBackup client service is running.
- Log on as the domain user to the NetBackup client service.
- Restart the NetBackup Client service.
- Make sure that the NetBackup Legacy Network service is running.
- Log on as the domain user to the NetBackup Legacy Network service.
- Restart the NetBackup Legacy Network service.
- Make sure that all NetBackup services are running.
- Relaunch the NetBackup UI.
