Possible Capacity License report issues
The Capacity Licensing report requires a user to enable primary servers and configure agents to generate the correct report. When the primary server is not enabled or when the agents are not configured, the report is not generated and shows errors. Another cause of errors when a report is not generated is the network connectivity issue. Make sure that you have network connectivity.
