What's New - Features, enhancements, and changes
System Health Insights offers a unified, SaaS-based platform that helps manage your data protection solution through its complete life cycle.
Your entitled appliances now appear automatically in SHI based on your account, but you still need to register the appliances to monitor them in SHI.
You must be listed as an account contact to see and register your appliances.
If a listed appliance is already registered and you don't have access to it, a Request Access button lets you send a request to the team admin to grant you the necessary permissions.
You can now choose the Number of Approvals (1 - 5) for any Secure Quorum operation like Access Key generation.
All required approvals must be received before you can proceed with the operation and a single rejection cancels the request immediately.
More details on onboarding can be found at: https://support.cohesity.com/s/article/article-100062936
The Events tab now includes a Case Number column showing the latest support case linked to an event, when one exists. Click it to open the case in a new tab. If no case was created, a Reason column explains why.
Note:
AutoSupport/callhome cases may not be created if the appliance is not associated with a valid contact. Please ensure your appliance is registered in SHI to continue receiving AutoSupport/callhome services without interruption.
System Health Insights(SHI) under NetInsights Console is the management console for heritage Veritas appliances. It provides you a centralized plane for appliance management, monitoring, alerting, reporting and other needs.
Please refer to the documentation for more details.
