On replacing the target side Replication Gateway, the replication may become inactive after migrate operation for the workloads having snapshots (25722).
Description: When workloads have snapshot taken then after replacing the Replication Gateway on the target data center, the IP address of the Replication Gateway on the target ESXi is not updated with the newly replaced Replication Gateway.
Workaround: Perform the resync operation for the resiliency group which are in inactive state after the migrate operation. The resync operation in this case should only perform diff sync or incremental sync. Once this is done, the subsequent operation will not require resync operation.
Note:
Resync on the active resiliency group always performs full sync. Hence, the resync has to be performed only for resiliency group which are in inactive state post migration.
