Operations or UI fails to load due to rare backend issue. This is a rare database issue. To confirm this issue, check the following symptoms. Check if the DR operation or UI is working on Resiliency Manager. ( Skip this point if deployment is single RM). Collect and download the logs on Resiliency Manager where issue is observed. Extract the downloaded logs and check if below exception is observed in ers-query-cmdb logs. java.lang.NullPointerException: Could not find type for id: xxxxxx at com.google.common.base.Preconditions.checkNotNull(Preconditions.java:971) ~[guava-30.1-jre.jar:?]	To resolve this issue, check if `ers-query service` is in progress using Klish command: manage > services status ers-query If the `ers-query service` is in progress, retry by restarting the ers-query service using Klish command: manage> services restart ers-query. Ensure that there are no operations running when you restart the service. If issue still persists, contact Veritas Support for further assistance. If `ers-query service` is stopped, contact Veritas Support for further investigation.

Collect and download the logs on Resiliency Manager where issue is observed.

To resolve this issue, check if ers-query service is in progress using Klish command: manage > services status ers-query

If the ers-query service is in progress, retry by restarting the ers-query service using Klish command: manage> services restart ers-query.

Ensure that there are no operations running when you restart the service. If issue still persists, contact Veritas Support for further assistance. If ers-query service is stopped, contact Veritas Support for further investigation.
