Performing the recover operation for resiliency group
The former takeover and restore operations are now merged into one operation called recover operation. This operation is applicable to all types of resiliency groups irrespective of its service objective. From version 4.0 of Resiliency Platform, a new service objective called Multi-RPO recovery of hosts is introduced that manages multiple Recovery Point Objective (RPO) levels.
While invoking the recover operation for the resiliency group configured using Multi-RPO recovery of hosts service objective, the copy or replication technology for recovery can be selected.
