Troubleshooting: AWS marketplace deployment with Data Gateway
Description: Error occurs when the Data Gateway components are not being uploaded from the RM instance to S3 bucket. The deployment fails.
Error: The following resource(s) failed to create: [VeritasDGWZipFileUploader]. . Rollback requested by user.
Resolution:The issue is caused due to the absence of the internet connectivity from the subnet in which the Resiliency Manager instance is deployed. You need to ensure that the outgoing internet connectivity from the subnet is proper without the involvement of the public IP address.
