Removing the InfoScale clusters in Resiliency Platform
Using the Veritas Resiliency Platform console, you can remove the clusters from the IMS. You cannot remove a cluster when resiliency groups are created using applications from the cluster. You have to remove the resiliency groups before removing the cluster.
To remove a cluster
- Navigate
Settings (menu bar)
Under Infrastructure Settings, click Infrastructure
You can also access this page from the Quick Actions menu > Manage Asset Infrastructure.
Click Application Cluster.
Under InfoScale, Click Cluster table
- On the row for the cluster that you want to remove, select the vertical ellipses next to the cluster and click Remove.
- In the Remove cluster wizard panel, click Submit.
Note:
The checkbox Remove forcefully should be selected only when the clusters are not reachable and you still need to remove them from the IMS.
- In the Finish panel, review the information and click Finish.
