Adding a Hyper-V VLAN
Using the Resiliency Platform console, you can also add VLANs for a data center even if they are not discovered.
While adding you need to choose a purpose such as Production or Rehearsal.

To add a port group/VLAN
- Navigate
Settings (menu bar) > Infrastructure > Details View
You can also access this page from the Quick Actions menu > Settings > Manage Asset Infrastructure > Details View
- Expand the data center > Access Profile.
- Under the Network tab, select the Port Group/VLAN from the Type drop down.
- Click + Port Group/VLAN.
- Do the following:
Select the purpose, Production or Rehearsal.
Enter a name.
Enter a VLAN ID.
Select vServer and vSwitch from the drop down.
- Map the production network with the rehearsal network by selecting a VLAN ID from the list, or clicking + Add New to add a new VLAN ID. This is an optional step.
- Click Next and proceed to add the port group/VLAN.
