Step-4: Enable ServiceNow and data protection

Compile user package for ServiceNow data protection:
- CD to /opt/aptare/database/stored_procedures.
- Back up the user_package.sql file.
- Copy user_package.sql from ../tools directory and overwrite file in ../stored_procedures directory.
- Compile the package using these commands at the sqlplus prompt.

su -aptare
sqlplus portal/portaluserpassword@scdb @/opt/aptare/database/
stored_procedures/user_package.sql
```
Set up the ServiceNow alert.
