Step-7: Set REST message or HTTP method to use MID Server
Inside your IT Analytics ServiceNow App:
- Use the Filter Navigator to search for REST Messages.
- Select AptareBackupIssuesCallback.
- In the REST Message window, select the Default GET in the HTTP Methods section.
- On the HTTP Method page, select the HTTP Request tab and enter the name of the MID Server that was created before.
- Create an Authorization in the HTTP Headers area. Place the REST API key generated for the user in the Value field
