Issue: Backup failures are not creating incidents in ServiceNow
If backup failures are not creating incidents in ServiceNow, first check if those failures are being populated into the source table (apt_job_ticket) in the database.
If the source table is not being populated, contact Cohesity Support to diagnose the problem.
If job records are present, check if:
There were errors reported with connectivity/credentials for the MID Server.
The scheduled import is running.
The transform map had errors.
