Generic backups
Client is counted if any of the following bullets apply:
The client was backed up (or had a backup attempt) within the last 7 days. This includes decommissioned clients.
For generic backups, only the jobs are captured.
Ransomware attackers specifically target and attempt to destroy backup systems to increase the probability of payment. Hardening your system is critical. Please ensure you have reviewed your platform security using the Security Hardening Checklist
