This report is accessed via the Error Occurrences link in the Data Collector Message Summary.

Column name	Description
Collector	Data Collector name.
Host	Host name. Links to the Host Details.
Child Thread	Lists child threads and their configurations encapsulated within a data collector configuration.
Task	Defines the data collection task.
Host Policy	The host policy associated with this collector.
Message Date	The last time an error message was logged during data collection. Links to the Data Collection Message Detail report.
Message Level	Indicates the severity of the error.
Message Type	Indicates the type of error.
Message Summary	A brief description of the error. Click on the Last Message Date to see details.
Error Trend	Displays the number of errors that occurred on each day according to the report scope.
First Message Date	Displays the date of the first error message according to the report scope.
