Step-6: Set REST API callback User and Password
Inside your IT Analytics ServiceNow App:
- Use the Filter Navigator to search for REST Messages.
- Select AptareBackupIssuesCallback and open the window.
- In the Basic auth profile, click the search icon. A new window is displayed.
- Click New. A secondary window is displayed.
- Enter a Username and Password. This user must be the pre-created user with the NetBackup IT Analytics system, created in the Initial Setup before.
