Change in host time zone is not reflected within containers
The containers are unable to detect that the /etc/localtime is updated, the time zone is updated only on the hosts. (IA-35936)
Workaround:
Stop and start each node successively using the and command. When you stop and start the nodes, the containers are restarted and can detect the updated /etc/localtime on the host. This operation will cause job failures, and jobs may or may not get automatically restarted based on the associated policy.
