AD server test connection fails due to incorrect username on the IPV6 media only cluster

During AD server test connection, the pop-up auto-populates the wrong username on the IPV6 media only cluster. It populates cn=BINDDN+UserBaseDN whereas it should populate cn=BindDN only. Hence, the test connection fails. (IA-39642)

Workaround:

Delete the auto-populated entry and manually enter BindDN as the username.
