About Operational Restore and Guided Recovery operations
Use the Manage > Restore tab to perform operational restore or Guided recovery operations. The Restore subtab is not visible when you log on as Reporter.
The Restore Files and Directories link is enabled only if you have permission to access either a client view or a primary server view and if any client or primary server is connected to the OpsCenter console.
The Clone Oracle Database link is enabled only if you are permitted to access a primary server view or if a primary server is connected to the OpsCenter console.
