Explanation: The possible causes for this error are as follows:
The cloud provider credentials are not updated.
Situations that cause a restore operation to fail; for example, if you restore a disk snapshot to the same instance and if the existing disk is still attached to the instance, the restore operation fails.
Recommended Action: Do the following, as appropriate:
Ensure that the appropriate plug-in is configured in the web UI with the appropriate credentials. If the credentials are changed, ensure that they are updated from the web UI.
Detach the disk from the target instance.
