Filtering on NetBackup job state

You can filter by using any of the following built-in job filters. These filters are available from the drop-down list which is present on top of the table.

Some of the built-in job filters are the following:

All Jobs (default filter)

Select this filter to view details of all the jobs.

Active Jobs

Select this filter to view only active jobs

Queued Jobs

Select this filter to view only queued jobs.

Done Jobs

Select this filter to view only Done jobs.

Suspended Jobs

Select this filter to view the jobs that have been suspended.

Waiting for Retry Jobs

Select this filter to view the jobs that are waiting for retry.

Incomplete Jobs

Select this filter to view the jobs that are incomplete.

Undefined Jobs

Select this filter to view the jobs that are undefined.

Canceled Jobs

Select this filter to view the jobs that have been canceled.

Successful Jobs

Select this filter to view the jobs that are successful.

Partially Successful Jobs

Select this filter to view the jobs that are partially successful.

Failed Jobs

Select this filter to view the jobs that failed.

In addition to using the built-in filters, you can also create your own custom filters.

To filter details by job state

  1. In the OpsCenter console, select Monitor > Jobs.
  2. Select Hierarchical View from the drop-down list. The drop-down list is located at the top-right corner of the view.
  3. Select a filter from the drop-down list. Note that the drop-down list is located on top of the table.
