Device configuration status code 38

Message: Current version does not support remote device host

Explanation: On a request to change the EMM server, the specified host is not the local host. The current software is not licensed to allow remote hosts.

Recommended Action: Check the product documentation for the supported device configurations. Obtain an additional software license that allows remote hosts to be configured, or specify only local host names on the configuration request.
