Veritas NetBackup™ Deduplication Guide

Unable to create CloudCatalyst with a media server that has version earlier to 8.2

If you have upgraded only your NetBackup master server to version 8.2, and want to use CloudCatalyst with a media server that has a version earlier than 8.2, run the following command to enable the cloud web application:

/usr/openv/wmc/bin/install/configurePorts -addLegacyCloudService

(Or an equivalent path for Windows operating system)

This command adds a new legacy cloud service or connector to Tomcat server's server.xml file. Restart the nbwmc service.
