Managing Cloud Catalyst storage server with IAM Role or CREDS_CAPS credential broker type

When you use the NetBackup Administration Console to configure Cloud Catalyst storage server using IAM Role or CREDS_CAPS credential broker type, the default credentials are set as user name: admin and password: password.

You can update these credentials using the -tpconfig command. Use the same command, to configure the Cloud Catalyst storage server using the command line.

Example:

tpconfig -add -storage_server storage_server_name -stype PureDisk_amazon_rawd -sts_user_id "my-username" -password "my-password"

Note:

Remember these credentials because the same credentials are required during disaster recovery of the Cloud Catalyst storage server.
