NetBackup logs for Accelerator

For log messages about Accelerator, see the following NetBackup log directories.

Table: NetBackup logs that pertain to Accelerator

Log directory

Resides on

Windows: install_path\NetBackup\logs\bpbrm

UNIX: /usr/openv/netbackup/logs/bpbrm

NetBackup master or media server

Windows: install_path\NetBackup\logs\bptm

UNIX: /usr/openv/netbackup/logs/bptm

NetBackup media server

Windows: install_path\NetBackup\logs\bpbkar

UNIX: /usr/openv/netbackup/logs/bpbkar

NetBackup client

To create the log directories, run the following command on the NetBackup servers and client:

On Windows:

install_path\NetBackup\logs\mklogdir.bat

On UNIX:

/opt/openv/netbackup/logs/mklogdir
