NFS_ACCESS_TIMEOUT option for NetBackup clients

The NFS_ACCESS_TIMEOUT entry specifies the number of seconds that the backup process waits to process an NFS mount table. After the time is exceeded, the process considers an NFS file system to be unavailable.

How to use

Use the nbgetconfig and the nbsetconfig commands to view, add, or change the option.

For information about these commands, see the NetBackup Commands Reference Guide.

Use the following format:

NFS_ACCESS_TIMEOUT = seconds

By default, NFS_ACCESS_TIMEOUT is set to five seconds.

This entry should appear only once in the configuration file.

Equivalent Administration Console property

No equivalent exists in the NetBackup Administration Console or web UI.
