Unable to select the desired media server

In the Add Storage Server wizard screen, the user selects a media server in the drop-down menu that will become the Cloud Catalyst storage server.

If the media server that you want to use does not appear in the drop-down menu, check the following:

The NetBackup media servers that you use as Cloud Catalyst storage servers must be the same NetBackup version as the master server.

This is applicable for media server versions 8.0 to 8.1.2 only.

If the media server that you want to use does not appear in the drop-down menu, make sure that a host name-based security certificate has been deployed for that media server. Use the following procedure to deploy a certificate if needed.
