Option | Description |

From the drop-down list select a host name or type a host name. | |
Click to display the aliases associated with the selected host. | |
Alias 1, 2, 3, etc. | A selected host can have one or more alias associated with it. You can clear and save the alias for removing the particular alias. |
Click to add aliases for the selected host. |
