NetBackup status code: 9719

Message: Unable to create subscription. Unable to find the protection plan ID because of database error.

Explanation: Failed to read the protection plan information from the EMM tables. The failure can be from connectivity issues or corrupt database tables.

Recommended Action: Retry the operation. Review the nbdb and the Sybase logs.
