Message: Failed to read SLP mapping to protection plan. Database internal error.

Explanation: Failed to write to the EMM SLO tables. The failure can be from connectivity issues or corrupt database tables.

Recommended Action: Retry the operation. Review the nbdb and the Sybase logs.
