NetBackup status code: 9710

Message: Could not create the necessary SLP for the subscription or the protection plan.

Explanation: The createSLP API succeeded, but the subsequent GET returned a 404 error.

Recommended Action: Retry the operation. Review the SLP service logs (VxUL 495/nbwebservice) and the bpdbm logs.
