BPARCHIVE_POLICY option for NetBackup clients
The BPARCHIVE_POLICY entry specifies the name of the policy to use for user archives.

How to use | Use the nbgetconfig and the nbsetconfig commands to view, add, or change the option. For information about these commands, see the NetBackup Commands Reference Guide. Use the following format: BPARCHIVE_POLICY = policy_name By default, BPARCHIVE_POLICY is not present in the configuration file. By default, NetBackup uses the first policy that it finds that has the client and a user archive schedule. If it is used, this option should appear only once in the configuration file. The value in the user's $HOME/bp.conf file takes precedence, if it exists. |
