NetBackup™ Status Codes Reference Guide

Security services status code 107

Message: Failed to get logged in user details; either the credentials are expired or are not available.

Explanation: The bpnbat -whoami command returns this error when it does not find the AT credentials and web token.

Recommended Action: Try to log in again with the bpnbat -login command. If the problem continues, save all of the error log information and contact Cohesity Technical Support.
