NetBackup™ Status Codes Reference Guide

Security services status code 101

Message: The CA certificate is not present or is invalid.

Explanation: The NetBackup web login or logout failed because the NetBackup web authentication services' certificate could not be verified using a CA certificate from the local trust store.

Recommended Action: Run the nbcertcmd -getCACertificate command to get a new CA certificate and try again. You can also run the nbcertcmd -listCACertDetails command to list the CA certificates that are in the local trust store. Ensure that the NetBackup web service (nbwmc) is running on the master server and retry the operation.
