No usage report is available to download from the Web UI
Usage reports are not available for download from the NetBackup Web UI. Reports may be generated at a location that is not accessible to the Web UI.
This issue can occur if the parameter is not set in the nbdeployutilconfig.txt file or is configured to a non-shared location.
To resolve this issue:
- Edit the following file:
/usr/openv/var/global/nbdeployutilconfig.txt - Under the [NBDEPLOYUTIL_INCREMENTAL] section, set the REPORTDIR parameter to a valid shared location.
For example,
REPORTDIR=/mnt/nbdata/usr/openv/var/global/incremental - Save the file.
- Wait for the next scheduled reporting cycle to generate the reports in the configured REPORTDIR location.
