VMware vSAN File Services plug-in configuration parameters

The following parameters are required for configuring the VMware vSAN File Services plug-in:

Snapshot Manager for Data Center configuration parameter

Description

Plugin ID

Provide a name for the plugin.

vCenter Host

The vCenter Server IP address, in either IPV4 or the Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN).

vCenter Username

The vCenter user account that has the permissions to invoke the vSAN REST APIs to perform all snapshot operations on the vCenter server.

vCenter Password

Password of the vCenter server user account.
