Add a credential for proxy server
This type of credential allows you to access a proxy server that you have configured using the web UI.
To add a credential for a proxy server
- On the left, click Credential management.
- On the Named credentials tab, click Add.
- Select NetBackup as credential store and click Start.
- Provide the following properties:
Credential name
Tag
Description (for example: This credential is used to access the proxy server)
- Click Next.
- Select Proxy server as category.
- Select one of the following authentication options for the proxy server:
Authenticated proxy server (requires username and password)
Unauthenticated proxy server
- Enter the following proxy server details:
Proxy username
Proxy password
Proxy server
Proxy port
CA certificate
- Click Next.
- Add a role that you want to have access to the credential.
- Select the role and the credential permissions that you want the role to have.
- Click Next and follow the prompts to complete the wizard.
