Disable freeze mode using command-line interface

In a scenario where you want to disable freeze mode and NetBackup web UI is not accessible, you can use the command-line interface.

To disable freeze mode using the command-line interface

  1. Run the following command on the primary server using the system administrator privileges:

    nbseccmd -disableFreezeMode

  2. Restart all NetBackup services using the NetBackup administrator privileges.
