To view and update the network access control options, the users should be assigned with the following RBAC roles:

Default Security Administrator	View and update network access control and delegate the configuration permissions to other users. Namespace: '\|SECURITY\|NETWORK-ACCESS-CONTROL\|'
Custom role	View and update network access control and delegate the configuration permissions to other users. Namespace: '\|SECURITY\|NETWORK-ACCESS-CONTROL\|'
