Minimum permissions for SMB share backup and recovery

To back up or recover SMB shares in NetBackup, the local or domain user must have these privileges:

SeBackupPrivilege: Lets the SMB user back up SMB data without changing the ACL on the SMB shares.
SeRestorePrivilege: Lets the user restore files and directories, override ACLs, and set a valid user or group SID as the file owner.
SeChangeNotifyPrivilege: Lets the user bypass traverse checking without requiring traverse permissions for folders, symlinks, or junctions.
