Enable freeze mode
You can enable freeze mode using the web UI.
To enable freeze mode
- Click Settings > Global security.
- On the Freeze mode tab, turn on the Freeze mode option.
- On the Enable freeze mode options dialog box, select the following options:
Updates to configurations (example: add, update, delete policies)
Backups and storage lifecycle policy operations (example: duplication, replication)
Restore operations
Image expiry operations
- Enter 'enable' in the given text box.
- Click Save.
