Configure the number of jobs allowed for backup operations
When NetBackup starts a backup of SQL Server, a number of jobs are created. Depending on the policy configuration, additional jobs are created if you configure settings such as and . (For batch file-based policies, the equivalent settings are the setting and the BATCHSIZE keyword.)
You can increase or limit the number of jobs that are created. You can also control the number of jobs that are sent to the storage unit.
