Prerequisites
Ensure that the following prerequisites are completed before initiating the recovery process using NetBackup Web UI.
User: Verify a valid user with appropriate credentials defined in RBAC.

Backups: Ensure that you have backed up the required items of MS-Exchange before starting the process. Define a policy with appropriate specifications and verify the job is successful. NetBackup recommends selecting Enable granular recovery option when defining a policy.
