Freeze mode options
You can enable freeze mode for the following NetBackup configurations and operations:
Updates to configurations (example: add, update, delete policies)
Updates to NetBackup configurations are blocked.
Updates to NetBackup objects by NetBackup interfaces are blocked.
Backups and storage lifecycle policy operations (example: duplication, replication) - Automated and manual backups, and SLP operations are blocked
Restore operations - Restore operations are blocked
Image expiry operations - The following operations are blocked:
Scheduled image expiry
User-initialed image expiry
